Re: US PGA
I'm going with Fitzpatrick and Ancer ew at 66-1 and 45-1 respectively. Both have been consistently well placed all season. Had he not just put in his worst performance in ages Fitzpatrick would be half of those odds.

Bloke i sit next too won 4k on Rory the other week and this week is backing Keegan Bradley......ive had some at 125 and then reload at 80s

Also think Morikawa and Cameron Smith good bets

Dont think i fancy any of the front-runners.....maybe JT at a push

Re: US PGA
Rory was a ridiculous price for Quail Hollow - masters came a bit soon in his work with Pete Cowen but he's much too good a player to be shit for long. Absolute steal at a course he'd already won twice at previously.

And he won here by 8 shots ( i think) in 2012, so if he doesn't have his usual Thursday at the majors blowout he has to be close.

WIll spend the next day or so looking for a random each way punt - there's always one or two that go well at the pga (David LYNN finished second in 2012). Maybe Thomas DETRY.

Re: US PGA
Is there a more boring spectator 'sport' than golf? Watching a load of middle aged men hit a ball with a stick. Really great viewing! I'M OUT.

Re: US PGA
dont think Rory is driving is straight enough to win this week, only hit like 13 out of 40 fariways in his win last week

Keegan Bradley is up there for alot of stats at the moment and came 3rd on this course when Rory won in 2012

Re: US PGA
Backed a load as usual. Most are just £1 ew long shots looking for a place to pay out;

Ancer - 50/1
Zalatoris - 50/1
Conners - 70/1
Niemann - 70/1
Higgo - 90/1
Bezuidenhout - 150/1
Noren - 200/1
Perez - 200/1
Rozner - 2001
Catlin - 250/1
Hoshino - 500/1

I think that covers most of the field!

Agreed re Patrick Reed, plus too many " rules infringements" for my liking!

Rory's opening shot finds water. Don't blow your chances day one. Maybe it will focus him.

Re: US PGA
5 and a half hours for three balls is torture. TV coverage was poor, seemed to show the same 6 players only, most of the night.

I like the course. A few old timers in contention. Will watch the closing stages.

Re: US PGA
I only watched the mcilroy three ball but justin thomas was very slow, it was like watching paint dry - he was taking that long over some of the shots

Re: US PGA
Stunning golf course, buy can't watch it without thinking about uber cunt Corey PAVIN being an uber cunt

If what they said is right, that the early starters will have decent conditions and the leaders will be in high winds, no one who made the cut is out of it.

Old man can’t can he?

And agree about the course, absolute stunner set up brilliantly and Amy winner has seriously earns it.
